Fall 23 Care Packages

Want to receive care packages throughout the Fall 23 semester? Complete this form! We will match you with a sponsor family or a sponsor church who will provide you with a UCM care packages during the semester. There will also be an optional meetup on Sunday, September 24th 12:30pm at Gumby's Pizza for you to connect with your sponsor in person.
